Aesthetics and hygiene
The painting teacher was making his usual morning tour of the studio when he stopped in front of the work area of a second-year student. After a brief general observation of the space, he said to him in a haughty manner:
«Change the water, it is dirty. The water used to clean the brushes must always be clean».
To which the pupil replied with some irony:
«As far as I know, aesthetics is independent of hygiene
And there was a murky silence...
